HISTORY

Originally this building served as a city auditorium and a place to play basketball.  At one time it was a movie house, served as the first home for the internationally known Grace Company, Manufacturer of children's clothing.  It was a library, housed city hall offices, the police department and fire department headquarters.

In addition to the museum,  quarterly BCPI meetings are held in this building. 

Our beloved building turned 100 years old in 2006. 

The Belton Historical Society meets in this building every other month.
